Unique Eyebrow Threading

The service is great and Maya always makes me eyebrows look amazing!! 10/10

I have been a regular client at this salon and always preferred having my eyebrows threaded by one particular girl, who consistently delivered excellent results and she was the sweetest I have not seen her over the past few months, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined since then. the salon lacks air conditioning during the summer months, making the environment quite uncomfortable too

Maya has been doing my eyebrows for about 7 & 1/2 years! She never disappoints. She knows exactly how I like my eyebrows and eyebrow tint!! She's super polite and friendly! Only way I'll ever go to anyone else is if I move from Syracuse Ny!

I have been going here for years and never had a problem with the lady that was always there, she would always do an amazing job. Then they decided to hire a bunch of new inexperienced women who ruined my brows the last two times I have went, especially this last time. I am stuck dealing with bald spots in my brows and fixing their screw ups. My brows look like they have barely been touched. They also ruined my mom’s brows. Do no recommend the new employees.

I always go to this place, and have always had good times here. But this time I went and it was a different lady, this lady had blonde hair. Just want to say I didn’t have any problems before ever, but this new lady obliterated my brows. They look so bad, worse than they ever had. They were so uneven and she left the tint on, I got home and scrubbed it, but now my skin is raw and irritated, and without the tint remover that would not of been easy. She sent me out of there MESSY. Never have I left without them washing off the tint. Never has it been so uneven. I said something about it being uneven and she argued back to me saying that the tint will wash off and they will be even, like uh no, where it tints, it clearly tints! And why ask if you’re just going to argue with my statement?!? Ov
