I made a walk in appointment, 3 people walked in and my wait went from 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. If I'm a walk in and you schedule me as a walk in with a certain time, why is it I had to wait that long? I waited 20 or so minutes before the other patrons walked in. It wasn't fair that all those people went ahead of me and they also were walk ins. Very bad for business.. I will not be getting my hair cut at an establishment that don't care for their customers... PERIOD

Love the spirit of feeling welcome,and the staff,are some of the most wonderful people that you will ever meet. I've often said going to Unique Cuts, is like begin in church service, I love them.

Very good atmosphere they make you feel appreciated and happy for their services so much that you really want to tip them been taking my son for 3yrs never a disappointment
