Today I’m so sad because I normally love this place the gentlemen that is there is so helpful and kind. Today I had help from a gentlemen with glasses I asked him for recommendation for a wig and he told me he didn't understand my question. Then repeated again and asked him for a recommendation for similar style on the mannequin but want something black and longer . He said he had hundreds of wigs in the back and my question was not valid. I asked if he could go check in the back for something black and longer he said what is there is what they had . I said when does the other gentleman come because he is always so helpful and willing to look in the back for wigs . He said come back then when he is here . Great customer service! I love that we don't have to drive 30 minutes anymore to get hair or hair products. The store is always clean and fully stocked.

It's a great place. Lots of variety of things but single packs of hair is a no... gotta buy big packs when you really only want our need is a single pack to finish up your hair.
