I would never step into that Solon again, respectfully, they don’t know how to wash hair . I had my hair in for one day not even as soon as I left five minutes later my hair start getting frizzy at the top I was asking the lady could I come back so she can fix the problem she told me come back in a hour 🙄I just never want back cuz wat would be the point so she can mess it up again this why I don’t go to everybody 🤦🏽‍♀️

My experience at unique appeal was awesome! The stylist/owner Rochelle saved me I appreciate her so much for getting me together lord knows I needed help bad😂 she was so welcoming and the atmosphere was great everyone was nice, and chill, good music, no rowdiness kind of reminds me of the movie beauty shop. I finally did something for myself for once made and it me feel good and boosted my confidence level a little bit. I will be back again in a couple weeks

Bring from Tennessee I had no idea where to go to get my hair cut. After one place was closed i read through reviews and decided to try it out. EVERYONE in the shop was surprisingly wonderful. Mrs Rochelle did my Bob and it came out beautiful! The atmosphere was great and you would think I've known these ladies forever. Cant wait to go back for my color!

I've been a client since December 2003. Rachelle Russell, the owner, is the best stylist I've ever had. Rachelle practices great hair care, and encouraged me to stop using chemical relaxers. After a few years I finally transitioned from the relaxers to natural hair. While initially the transition was a litle rough, I've been chemical free for six years, and my hair is in the best condition since prior to my relaxing my hair 33 years ago. Rachelle is very progressive in her continued education, consistently introducing new processes, and new products to not just make our hair beautiful, but to continue to keep our hair healthy.
