Uni K Wax Studio | South Beach

Another business "Miami Style"!!!! I booked on line an appointment for next Monday at 10am. The policy is if you don't showed up at the appointment they will charge you ....since when you book .. you need to pay with a credit card. Just to be a precise person I took a look at the place since I never heard about them. I arrived at the door and I realized they are not in business. I called their number and I stayed on the line for more 10 minutes and ... no reply but I left a voice message. I'm calling now the corporate's office to present the issue.

Firstly, I never write reviews but was compelled to write one as I am very frustrated. I am a returning customer of Uni K Wax and have always been pleased with my waxers in the past. Unfortunately, when the South Beach location previously closed, I had been in need of a wax and was waiting for it to reopen. Today, I checked online and was able to book an appointment at the South Beach location without any issue. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked and there was a notice stating that the location is temporarily closed. I was honestly shocked and extremely frustrated. What makes this situation worse is that there is a five-hour cancellation policy fee, yet I was never informed that the South Beach location was still closed. The system should not allow customers to book appointm

The experience was incredible. The entire team was incredibly attentive and made me feel very cared for at all times. The quality of the treatments and the dedication with which they perform them truly make a difference. Plus, the vibe of the place is beautiful—it transmits tranquility and peace from the moment you walk in. The passion and love with which they do their work are evident!

Do not give them your credit card or buy packages. They will charge for things you've already paid, make you beg for months without fully refunding (offered me discount for future purchase instead!) and cancel packages you've already paid. Not to mention new owners made them use hotter wax which burned me and I was still charged.

Great job. Clean place. Professional. I made appointment for 5. Got there early and they took me. Thersa (I think) did my manzila waxing. Great job!!
