I had my very first waxing experience with Amy and she made it incredibly comfortable from start to finish. I was a bit nervous going in, but her calm, friendly approach and gentle technique put me at ease right away. She explained everything as she went, and the whole session was so much smoother and more relaxing than I ever expected. For my follow-up session, I saw Sonia and she was absolutely amazing as well. The entire appointment was easy, smooth, comfortable and truly painless. She worked with such care and confidence that I barely felt a thing. I also have to mention the front desk — Aneiysa (sorry if I’m misspelling your name!) is super sweet, warm, and so welcoming. She sets such a positive tone the moment you walk in. Overall, the whole team made my waxing experience genuine

I must say I am impressed. I have not had a Brazilian Wax in ages and typically avoid it because of the pain. The host told me that Ms. Sonia would take great care of me. She was absolutely correct. Ms. Sonia was attentive to my needs and helped ease my nerves. I was expecting the wax to be terribly painful but it was not. I felt great and even brought the Black Friday Deal package so I can receive service from Ms. Sonia on the next visit.

Sonia was amazing! She spent time doing my wax very gently and she was paying attention to even small and light hair. I will definitely come again to get ma wax done by her! Highly recommend!

Amy is gentle but thorough!! The wax was practically painless when compared to other waxing services I’ve had. (sugaring for years and I tried European twice) the salon is so clean and the ambiance is calm. Got the waxing packages and I can’t wait to come back. 10/10

She explained each step with clarity and kept me reassured throughout the entire process.
