if i could leave zero stars i would. i came there yesterday and specifically told the owner ive never bought a wig and just need one for one night. she sells me lace front wigs and i did not notice till i got home. i’ve never used a wig especially a lace front and personally im not going to take the time for a lace front wig for one night. i came back the next day and asked the lady at the cash register what their return policy is, she told me as long as the wig is not cut or tags are still on i can do store credit. i said perfect! i’m going to look around for a regular wig. well the owner goes up to the register the employee tells her what i’m doing and the owner immediately starts yelling “no no, not doing that” she approaches me rudely and yells at me that i can not do returns. i said b

Normally I only enter these types of stores begrudgingly. I hate spending my money where I don't feel respected. From this day forward, if I absolutely must go in one, it will only be UNI. Owner was very friendly. Store clerk was helpful. Prices were reasonable.

I will never go here again. When I walked in the store, the short Asian lady literally followed me step by step , aisle by aisle, & would pretend to be doing things when I looked over, it was very uncomfortable. I had never been to this store, in fact I don't even live in Pensacola but drove here for the hair stores. Wigs are over priced & stale looking. Never again! Wish I could give it NO STARS.

Have what I need every time I go on that side of town I visit Ms Klm.. I missed her today she's been out since her husband passed away.. it's sad that she lost her husband but she hasn't lost me as a friend an customer.. come back Ms Kim let us keep you smiling 😊

The owners are so friendly and helpful that's why I love coming to the store. I always find what I need here.
