I had such an exceptional experience with Chavone and Joy at this Uni beauty supply location. When I called about a product that was showing as sold out online, Chavone answered the phone and was so kind and attentive. After hearing what I needed, she seamlessly handed me over to Joy for further assistance. Joy truly went above and beyond. While we were still on the phone, she updated the website in real time so I could place my order immediately. That level of care, teamwork, and efficiency is rare. I’ve never even visited this location in person, but the customer service alone has made me a loyal customer. In a time when service can feel inconsistent, they delivered excellence. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

I have been supporting this black owned business since it opened. I love that there are black women that work there and for the first time, I needed recommendations. The customer service is lacking so much that I don’t think I will go back here. They have a great supply of products, but customer service means everything. I said I was getting shoulder length braids and instead of saying, hey - we have shorter braiding hair for your needs, I was met with - so why do you have such long braiding hair then! I had no idea there was a kids section for shorter lengths. Then I asked for human hair recommendations and was given 2 choices, but no help. No opening the package to feel, no prices, no information on which other people prefer. Unfortunately, today was my last day at that shop.

This is my go to spot..... Hair, lashes, sunglasses,lip gloss. Everything I need from my fresh everyday look whenever I want to change up I pop in grab something and go I also love the rewards program. It just gives back to the customer.Thank you and I'm glad you guys moved to this location.I can go to stater brothers or even if I'm having lunch at Joe's. Or filling up my bottles at the water store it's nothing like killing two birds with one stone. And I always have a wonderful experience with the ladies up there thank you.

Hard to find hair products available at UNI Beauty Supply. One of a few suppliers in the Perris. Moreno Valley, Riverside area. After driving around for several miles and different locations, finally found UNI Beauty Supply. Great young staff and very knowledgeable.

This is the only beauty supply store that I will travel to because they have everything that I need. The people are so helpful and I love the reward points.
