Love the bundles that I brought and with it being my first time shopping there, the ladies were very patient and helpful regarding my questions. Already have plans for my next purchase.
Worst hair ever. I wouldn’t even lie to you. It is mad tangly, and it also sheds so much. I literally got a deep wave 40 inch bundles, didn’t even last me a weekend, I’m convinced the hair is partially synthetic cause ain’t no way. They also overcharged me after telling the people that there was an “Black Friday deal.” HIGHLY don’t recommend but if you want good quality bundles @bellezabundles_ is a good seller, great communicator. My usual go to and I highly regret not going to her before coming here.
I came from Delaware based on a referral from a friend. The young lady allowed my daughter & I to feel the sample hair before the purchase (the hair was nice). We received the hair in a white gift bag, paid for the hair & we left the salon. As I was headed back home, my daughter began to open the packs of hair & noticed the 30 inch bundle was tangled. We called the salon, explained the situation and asked could we exchange the bundle- the young lady said yes, just come back to the salon. We go back to the salon (less than 10 minutes from when I purchased the hair) and showed them the hair. The lady looked me dead in my eyes and said “Oh, we didn’t sell you that hair, we don’t sell hair like that”. She knew damn well she sold me a bad bundle, but would not own up to it. We had a few wo
I’ve been in the store three times, and each time was worst than the last. I don’t wear their hair, but I was in a rush and needed a bundle right away. Number one the girl is the front was extremely rude and ghetto, for no reason. She acted like it was choir to answer my questions. Then the hair is so dirty, it sheds and it only last me about a week before I took it out. They need to work on professionalism, cause the hair isn’t even that nice to be that rude. Their hair match their attitude, a ghetto mess. They need to be shut down.
Terrible experience. I went here to buy hair and the woman working was very very disrespectful. I politely asked to see the hair because I had a huge order and wanted to ensure quality. She raised her tone at me and said not until I buy it. Then there are no refunds thereafter. Meaning if I didn’t approve of the hair, I could not do anything about it. Then, she gave me a rounded price rather than a breakdown. I was getting jipped clearly. I am an educated woman I know when I’m getting jipped. She raised her voice when I asked for a receipt or price breakdown. She then said, “ do you want to fight we can fight.” This type of language was alarming because I was being courteous and respectful the whole time. I asked for a refund and she threw the hair in my face and said no refunds. No bag or
