Lacey is fantastic. Once a month for the past 4 years I go for massage leaving feeling so much better. She is very professional, caring, cheerful and accessible…meaning when I call or text her she returns my call. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
Lacey is fantastic! She truly cares about her clients. Each session we go over what has been bothering me and then makes those issues priority #1 for the session. She is one of the reasons I can workout 4-5 days/week just as hard as I did in college. I recommend any of my personal training clients to her that I think massage therapy would help with the issue, to be honest I recommend her to everyone!
I've been seeing Lacy for my deep tissue massage needs for a few years. She has helped in injury, surgery, and has helped to bring my shoulder back to near 100% usage.
The best place to go. Lacey is the up on the newest techniques it’s a hidden gem in Lyons Falls and worth my 40 minute drive. Highly recommend
She specializes in deep tissue massage and I could really tell a difference afterwards!
