Uncut Beauty salon

Unprofessional and hood. Waited for forever had an apt for a sew in. The technician doing the braid down was very rough with your hair. She was arguing on the phone with a guy on speaker… while trying to wash/ service my hair. Asked her to not be so rough with my hair, turned into an entire argument… the owner had to braid it down as I wanted to just cancel the entire service at that point. Tried to give them another chance because they’re convenient and I live close, owner has a bad attitude as well.

I booked 2 appointments with Mauricia Hunter; the first time she DMed me on IG (which I do not use and she received my phone number when I booked) so I didn't see that she pushed my appointment back. I waited over an hour and still tipped her. The second time she again DMed me stating that my appointment was canceled because the app should not have allowed me to book, so I rescheduled with her. The day of my appointment I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged and I told her I was leaving, she replied okay with no apologies. It makes no sense to treat people rude and waste time. She charges a deposit to protect her time but completely disregards the client. She could have simply stated that she couldn't fit me in and refunded my deposit instead of having me prep my hair and waste my

Everyone was wonderful and the customer service was A+ ✨✨✨⭐️⭐️⭐️My family and I had an family emergency and Uncut was able to relieve one headache from us. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with love until the time we walked out. Jada, Jay and Stephanie Thank you Thank you Thank you So much! See you all again. I wish I could give zero stars. I had an 12:30pm appointment. I arrived 12:25pm. Ced still had a client in his chair. After 20 minutes his assistant took me to a room and tried to braid my hair. I stopped her because I was confused. I booked the appointment with Ced not her. She then had Ced come into the room. I showed him the picture of how I wanted my hair. It was a bang with a updo ponytail style. He said the style was IMPOSSIBLE! I asked for my deposit back and he said no. How was I suppose to know he couldn't do the style. Very unfair. In my GOD I trust AMEN!

Friendly environment, prices for both hair and installation are affordable, the hair quality is great and all the stylists here slay! 😉 Thank you Augusta 🙌🏾
