I’ve been going to ULUX Nails and always have such a great experience. I recently switched from acrylics to Gel-X with Emma, and she is amazing. She’s insanely talented with designs and shaping the nail — she’s a total perfectionist and it shows in her work. She takes her time to make sure everything looks clean, balanced, and exactly how you want it. If you’re thinking about transitioning from acrylics, she makes the process really easy and the results look so natural. Ashley is also wonderful, especially if you want trendy or detailed nail designs. She’s super creative and great at bringing design ideas to life. For pedicures, Jason and Ivy are both fantastic. I took my mom and sister here the day after Christmas as a gift. We all got pedicures. The customer service was good and everyone was friendly. No complaints until that night my big toe on my left foot started to hurt. I tried not to think anything of it, maybe my toe nail was cut too short or something but I started to worry come Monday bc the pain got worse. I went to urgent care and I had an infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I needed to take for 10 days. I reached out to the salon and they asked for my medical records and pictures. I sent the everything they requested and they stated they’ll need to send it to the manger and get back with me. They followed up a couple hours later and informed me that I should’ve come there to see them before going to urgent care bc they had

Emma is my go to girl! She keeps my stiletto nails skinny and sharp and my lashes looking naturally enhanced. I have large eyes and Emma is able to keep them looking soft and doe-y without overwhelming them. I absolutely love the care she gives and her willingness to create a happy client with me!

This is my 3rd time at Ulux and this is my favorite nail salon! The manager Lucy is very attentive and provides EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really want to make sure you’re happy when you leave. I’ve had difference techs each time but they are all very very meticulous! I love it here!!! And try the iced Vietnamese coffee!!!
