ULTRASKIN

Today I went and had an appointment with Janell. She was amazing. She told me she has worked there for about 3 weeks. The whole time she kept me calm by telling me when to breathe in and then to exhale as she was lifting the wax off of me. She did an amazing job and I would totally recommend her to EVERYONE. When I went to lunch afterwords, I passed out the stores card,with her name on it, to my friends. I hope the manager reads this page and tells her how impressed I was. I will be back in 5 weeks!!

The service was great, the consultant was pleasant and talkative which I love. It makes you a little bit more comfortable since they are in an intimate area. I wish the place offered sugaring although the wax was not painful. I would give the place 5 stars if they double checked work and tweeze stray hairs. I will be returning though and have already scheduled my next appointment.

Made appointment last minute and did not know what I would find. I was pleasantly surprised. The salon was very clean and the staff as very friendly. Melissa was wonderful! She made unpleasant experience very nice! She was very professional and had a great personality! Highly recommend her and already made my next appointment!

I normally don't write reviews but I had a horrible experience here. I'd been before but when I went 2 weeks ago, things were not the same. First, the appointment was late because my person was overbooked. I was slightly annoyed about having to wait but wasn't stressing. Then the aesthetician, Melissa, comes to get me and starts the bikini wax. She was really nice but seemed kind of rushed since it was near closing time. Things are going fine until she does a big strip in the crease of my leg and then gasps in horror. Turns out she has ripped a 2 inch wide gash in my leg. The entire top piece of skin is gone and the wound begins bleeding heavily. She says it has never happened before and I have never ever had any issues like this. She continues to do the other side and it tears as well but

The prices here are much cheaper than any other place in charlotte so i was a little skeptical at first but my tech was nice and friendly and really did a great job. I took a star off bc hair started growing back after a few days which ive never experienced before but i will still be back!
