Ultralux Nails Lounge

Went in for a fill in. This is not coffin and I asked her to make it narrow and it's still not. I also had to show her twice to clean up acrylic left underneath my nail and broken nail left on the side. I do not love my nails. Told her thank you a couple times and she seemed to not want to say you're welcome. I don't think I'm coming back anymore. 🫤 ****UPDATE: It's still not coffin completely, but it's better than yesterday. I added updated pictures from the fix today. The manager David called me twice last night to fix my nails. And though I don't plan on going back, I truly appreciated that as I've never experienced it from a nail salon with whom I've felt disappointed with the initial service. I love my nails now. He was willing to completely redo them, but all I wanted was the coffin

3/11/26 Update: to see the owner acknowledging every other review, but not the one that shows a failure to provide services paid for says a lot about their business model. Disappointing. So, I had came previously, and the results were bad. I figured I’d try again, as maybe it was just a bad day, and honestly, they look even worse than last time. For my gel pedicure, they didn’t even fully remove my previous polish, and so as you see in the photos, there was still a different polish color. Then, I got an acrylic full set with cat eye. Got it almond shape, but was never told that was extra money. The cat eye was applied unevenly and with no base color underneath so it looks, honestly, pretty bad. My cuticles were all cut up, and the shaping of the nails itself were awful. It left me in pain

This place was amazing. Beautiful and calming. Service was amazing and very friendly! And the work was gorgeous! Very happy. I was seen by Sunny and he made my experience EXCELLENT ✨ he did my nails and pedicure and you can tell he’s very artistic and experienced. I will def be a repeat customer of Sunny’s ☺️💅🏼

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! The pedicure was so relaxing and done perfectly, and my nail set came out beautiful exactly how I wanted it. They even did a clean cut down and shape that looks so good. The price was great too about what I normally pay just for a fill-in elsewhere, so definitely worth it! The salon itself is beautiful, and the customer service was top-tier everyone was friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅🏽

I highly dislike my nails. Not at all what I wanted. First when I walked in the receptionist did not even acknowledge me and was just on her phone. Somebody from the back had to greet me. When I sat down I showed a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got. You can even see the color on the side of my finger and not to mention the design is terrible. The nails are so clumpy, not smooth at all. I’ve never been more upset and disappointed about my nails than I am today. I believe his name was David that did my nails. Also got my daughters painted and he rushed through them. He even put the top coat on one of her hands without drying the 2nd coat of polish so one hand is lighter than the other. Definitely don’t recommend this salon, I wish I could leave 0 stars.
