I had a wonderful experience here! Nickki was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and incredibly attentive to every little detail. She took her time shaping my nails and got them perfectly the way I wanted. The whole experience felt relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend booking with Ultra!

I made the appointment yesterday morning for 5:30 pm and informed them that we would be three ladies for gel manicure and padicure. After arriving there the staff seemed rushed and came across as rude when I asked to change my nail color from the one I initially selected. She started making rude face and said I’m not decided and changing colors again and again. She said to me ask the lady (my sister-in-law) to bring another color as she is not doing anything. I explained her that I had called earlier in morning and made the appointment after receiving confirmation. Since we are paying for the service, we should be able to take a few extra minutes to choose the color. After all that nails were even not shaped properly. Leo did my nails on Dec20th. He cut mine way too short when i clearly told to cut just a little .Don’t know if it’s the language barrier . Such waste of money & I was left with uneven nails now.Manager said he is sorry .. worst and unhappy experience.

Wonderful salon! Went at 12:30 pm on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience! It is a very clean and relaxing atmosphere, and everyone is very friendly. Tom did a wonderful job — I am new to having dip manicures, and have had only a couple experiences but he was by far the best! An artist. Very pleased, will go back!!

I especially want to recognize Vy, the manager, who is always so accommodating and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure every visit feels relaxing and personalized.
