I've been a loyal customer of Rosie for over 10 years, and I can confidently say that she is the best in town! She does amazing work EVERY TIME. Rosie has been doing my hair for years. I have long dark brown/ black hair. Of course I love being blonde. I go to her shop at anytime and she gladly does my hair with a smile on her face no matter the time of day. She asks me what would I like done. I reply I don’t know you always do magic. I do not go anywhere else I’m very particular with my hair. I tell Rosie only take like an inch off the bottom and that’s exactly what she does. I’ve never been disappointed. I walk out extremely happy each and every time. I get so many compliments 🥰

I went in for a blonde balayage with a silver toner and the pictures below are what I received. (Pictures taken 3 days after my appointment) Rosie had curled my hair before I left so I couldn't see the harsh line in the back. I paid over $100 and left. However, a few days later I washed it and straightened it and seen how awful it was. I called Rosie and said I wanted to come back to have the back better blended and she said to wait a week for the silver toner to "set", however in the pictures you can see how bad the bleach was. I couldn't even wear my hair down in public let alone wait a week. I didn't want to risk going back and it looking worse so I took my business elsewhere and got my hair fixed. Rosie did a great job. I called today and she got me in right away. First time she's cut my hair and she did a wonderful job, best haircut I've had in quite a while. Reasonably priced. I'll be back.

Best Salon in Chicago! Rosie always colors my hair to perfection and does the most beautiful updos for my daughter's school dances. I highly recommend her salon and work.
