If you’re looking for the best brows - Homira is your brow goddess! I’ve been seeing - and recommending to all of my girlfriends - Homira for nearly 4 years and I don’t trust anyone else on the North Shore to keep my brows laminated, thick, natural, but perfectly kept all at the same time. Homira is so gentle and elegant with her approach and the results are the best brows of your life.

I went to shop for a few items on my lunch break. I entered the store and I made it all the way to the salon area and realized not one employee said hello or asked me if I needed any assistance. It was very clear that every other shopper who wasn’t a person of color was getting much better treatment than I was. As a former Ulta employee-brow expert and over 15 years in customer service, this is completely disgusting and unacceptable!! There was a moment when I approached 2 older women standing toward the front of the store, to ask where a product was. What I received was a finger point in the general direction instead of her walking me over to make sure I found what I needed. Everyone should receive equal treatment no matter the color of their skin!!

Couldn’t find a particular product. I asked the woman behind the check out counter. She gave me a vague description of where it would be located and when I came back to the counter I told her I could not find it. No one was available on the floor for me to ask and she couldn’t be bothered to find a sales associate to help me.

Ulta has a broad selection of beauty products. They can be a bit pricey.

Homira at the Benefit Brow Bar is the absolute best. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your brows in the northwest suburbs, I can't recommend her enough!
