I got a haircut and blowdry today from stylist Susan and it’s the best haircut and blowdry i’ve ever gotten! She’s very precise and listens to what YOU want your hair to look like, she did an amazing job with my layers and keeping my length! I trust her 100% and she is my new hair lady haha i totally recommend giving her a visit. My hair has actually never looked better ☺️

The 5 stars is all for Corinthia! I got my brows waxed and laminated for the first time. She was so patient with me and they came out amazing!!! Will be going back ❤️

From the second I walked into Ulta, Prena completely changed my whole experience. I came in honestly not knowing anything about skincare — I was overwhelmed, confused, and had no idea where to even start. Prena greeted me right away, asked me thoughtful questions about my skin, my concerns, and my goals, and then took the time to really explain everything in a way I could understand. She didn’t just throw products at me or rush me; she walked me step-by-step through what each product does, why it was right for my skin type, and how to use it properly. She built me a skincare routine that I’ve literally been dreaming about but never knew how to create on my own. I had a great experience getting my foundation and concealer color match with Shania! She was friendly, funny and professional✨Highly recommend this Ulta location🙌 I left with new knowledge about foundation finishes and what fits my skin needs.

Today at Ulta the Cashier Chanel rung me up. She was talking to her co worker about what shes having for dinner. She then proceeded to snatch the items and she wasnt engaged at all while texting on her phone. She put my items in the bag aggressively along with the receipt and slammed the bag in the counter while on her phone the whole time. Zero interaction. It was as if i wasnt there. Extreamly unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location. I felt completely dismissed. From the looks of the other reviews, it seems like the manager enables these behaviors.
