Fernanda V. Is by far the nicest ulta customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. She was super nice and helpful in finding things for us. She went above and beyond to search the store up and down. She also suggested a great alternative to what I was looking for. She said as very experienced in the products they cared and options. I’m super impressed by her knowledge and attention to helping. Sephora you stand no chance….

I had a fantastic experience with Shelby at Ulta beauty Woodstock! She was knowledgeable and took time to understand exactly what I needed. I loved her service and the products she recommended! I will definitely be back to see her for all my makeup needs!!

Make sure you don’t forget to use your coupons if u have them because as I was just told, they cannot do price adjustments (even if I purchased the item 5 minutes before). The cashier was nice but the young lady helping her made sure to tell me that I couldn’t come back to re-purchase it tomorrow because they would know that I tried buying it today.

Kelli colored and styled my hair and did an AMAZING job. It’s exactly what I asked for. She was kind, professional and very accommodating with my last second appointment.

I was gift shopping and initially found the volume of merchandise available overwhelming. Ulta's courteous and knowledgeable staff however, simplified my task. I left the store with exactly what I was looking for. I believe they have EVERYTHING so don't be afraid to ask for what you want.
