Ulta Beauty

My cousin in-law recommended Ulta Beauty Salon to me when I told her I wanted to get my hair cut. I had such a great experience. Yadira did a wonderful job. Even my hubby approved. Will definitely come back for my next haircut, and maybe try the other services.

I went in on November 30th to buy a birthday present for my sister, I asked for help to pick a product out, i unfortunately don’t remember the name of the employee, but they immediately helped me and gave me some great recommendations for a present, it was quick and fast service, amazing. 😗👍🏽

I’ve been coming to this Ulta as it’s the closest one to me! Well until recently. Even with the opening of the Davis Ulta I still choose to come get my hair done here with Sugey. Sugey, is a great hairstylist! I came to her for haircuts at first. With time, she gained my trust and I let her give me highlights. She eased into a lighter color than my natural black hair and it came out better than I expected! I continue to comeback since she and her coworker, Mona, are a great team as they support each other for hair color recommendations. She’s got a great personality and talent to match!

Ive hold myself back many times from writing a bad review but Ulta employees always have the nerve to pack my online pickup in store order with opened used products, they need to check packing before packing it, what customer in this world wants opened used products. They wouldn’t buy that for themselves if it was open not just that, disease, Infections idk what type of people be testing the product very inconsiderate. Start doing better 3x to many.

I’ve been going to this Ulta on and off for the past four years, and unfortunately, I’ve never left feeling good about the experience. Not once. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, I’ve been met with eye rolls or a general sense of annoyance from the staff. At the checkout, it often feels like they’d rather be anywhere else..they’re either dismissive, barely acknowledge you, or are busy talking to each other while ignoring customers. I’ve even witnessed them being rude to other people, not just me. It’s disheartening and honestly uncomfortable to walk into a store that’s supposed to be about beauty and self-care, only to feel like a burden. I keep hoping for a better experience, but it just hasn’t happened.
