Asked Tara a simple question - “where do I go to drop off a happy return?” She was not friendly at all, and I actually felt like she was annoyed with me and didn’t want to be bothered doing her actual job. I shrugged it off in the moment, but as someone who has extensive experience in customer service, i can tell you, it was not a pleasant interaction. She seemed to be a manager which makes it even worse. Otherwise, the cashier who helped me check out, was perfectly nice, courteous and helpful.

Sandra was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, she treated me with professionalism and friendliness. She assessed my hair and gave me her opinion on the services I had chosen. She explained how to care for my hair after all the treatments and how she would work to keep it healthy. The experience was great, and I loved how my hair turned out. Thank you, Sandra H!

I got a curly cut here with Roxanne, she was very nice the whole time and did a wonderful job. I was a little unsure of the cut because of the styling but once I washed my hair the next day the cut was great.

Sandra from the Salon did AMAZING!!!!! I highly recommend booking with her! We were there for 3 hours and she was so patient with me having my 5 year old daughter there. I also ended with a major transformation and I love it!

Allie was great! She answered my questions and helped me find a good product for my daughter . Definitely will be back again for more skincare items .
