I chose to stop using box hair dye during pregnancy, and hairstylist Aria C., made the transition so easy! Over several appointments, she helped me achieve the color I’ve always wanted. I’ve never stuck with the same stylist before, but I’m so glad I found her. She also shaped my eyebrows once, and they looked great, perfectly matched to my new hair color and beautifully done. Aria is friendly, professional, and truly talented. Highly recommend her! Also want to give a shoutout to the gentleman with curly hair at the checkout desk today 2/27 around 2 pm. He handled redeeming my Happy gift card in seconds! During my last visit, three team members struggled to process the same card, it took quite a while and we never figured it out. Angel 10/10 he was so patient and kind, he stopped what he was doing and helped me out, he took the time to show me different products without me feeling like he was in a rush, he is so knowledgeable and informative if you guys have any questions on product please find Angel is he sooo sweet. I'm just shocked how patient he was and usually I am not an easy person to please or and I am not the type to even write comments but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been to this location in the past, and there were some not-so-friendly, perpetually irritated beauty advisors. I went in this evening within 20 minutes of closing time (yeah I know that’s irritating, I am properly sorry about it), and the kindest, most chill people in the world were working. I did a Happy Return and didn’t get the death stare because of it. And the advisor at the counter was so patient while I fumbled my way through using a gift card. Great team tonight

I am located on the West Coast and have never been to Winter Park, Florida, yet fraudulent activity occurred on my Ulta Rewards account connected to this location. According to Ulta’s guidelines, changes to a rewards account name or date of birth require in-person ID verification, but my name and date of birth were somehow changed without my authorization. Shortly after, my large rewards balance was wiped out when an employee reportedly processed a return and refunded the funds to a debit card. This should not have been possible without proper verification. This situation raises serious concerns about how account changes and transactions are being handled at this store. I am currently working with Ulta customer service, but the investigation and reversal process has been extremely slow.
