Cerina is absolutely amazing!! I have fine curly hair and she makes me actually like my hair again. I was one who would only have their hair up in a pony tail or straighten it. But now because of the way it's cut it looks great wearing it with curls. Cerina is professional and super sweet and friendly. I've gone to her three times now and everytime I'm so impressed with my hair. And I look forward to future appointments with her. The salon itself is nice. And you have every product around you to be able to figure out what helps you the best for your hair.

I walked in with no appointment and was able to get a full bleach and dye. Girl, you did amazing. I don't remember her name but I added her pic to the photos.

We had such a lovely shopping experience at this store. It was a holiday and yet we were greeted very kindly when we walked in, we were promptly assisted with the perfume within minutes, and the kindest employee went completely out of his way to find me the concealer I have not been able to find anywhere. It made my day, and the person at checkout was so kind too! Such a nice experience. We will make this our regular Ulta going forward.

I started coughing like crazy because of my allergies and I could barely speak and the guy who was working the register was very kind and understanding and made me laugh:) store was clean and well stocked !

I went in Ultra Beauty today looking for a eyebrow pencil that wasn’t too expensive and the black lady that work there (wasn’t able to get her name) said I could try the other side of the store because she only knows the expensive products and I said well do you know who works on that side of the store so they could show me and she said no one which means I wasn’t able to find an eyebrow pencil because I honestly don’t know Ultra Beauty like that and I find it weird the the employees don’t know where things are at in their store they only know the “expensive products” this is why I usually go to Sephora because the employees are happy to tell you where anything is at
