Great experience! We were helped by Ray and she was so knowledgeable and helpful with the skincare products. I have sensitive skin and she was able to confidently tell me all about the different products that would work well with my skin without irritating it. I felt like I got a masterclass on how to care for my skin and what products to avoid. I recommend you go to her for any of your skin concerns/questions! I had the BEST experience with Shannon. She helped me find the right shade for everything I needed, was super friendly, sweet and very clearly knew what she was talking about. At some makeup stores it can be nerve-wracking asking for help from some people but she made sure I was happy with what I got and that it also looked good. 10/10 recommending to anyone that mentions Ulta from here on out :)

I went in for a haircut at Ulta in Mayfaire & it was my first time having my hair cut at an Ulta store. I saw Claudia R. & she did such an amazing job. This was the first time in years that I have left a hair salon happy & with a cut that was exactly what I wanted but better. I never leave reviews but I feel like she deserves some praise! I highly recommend her!

I am writing as a long-time Ulta customer who has consistently chosen to shop with your brand, even though your product selection is more limited than competitors. During a visit around Christmas, my family and I were browsing and smelling perfumes when an older male sales associate positioned himself nearby and watched us continuously. This behavior was prolonged and obvious, creating discomfort rather than service. Before being called into the back, he audibly instructed another associate to “watch” us, making the comment clearly within our hearing. This interaction felt targeted. While I understand the realities of retail theft, openly profiling customers, assigning surveillance within earshot, and making assumptions based on appearance is neither appropriate nor professional.
