This review isn't targeted to this store, but, the company as a whole. On Black Friday 2025, my boyfriend bought me a concealer (obviously on sale) but its was the incorrect shade. He ordered 20cp and I needed a 10cp. I took it into a store, thinking that I could simply exchange it for the correct shade. I was incorrect. When I brought it in, they told me that they "don't price match black friday sales" and I would have to pay the remaining balance. The only reason he purchased this concealer was because it was on sale. This is a stupid rule, especially considering the fact that it was ordered online and once it was received there was no way to exchange it regardless. I never used to have any issues with Ulta, but, this just made them seem sheisty and money hungry. Note to self: avoid Ulta

Aidan was a very rude cashier. I told him I had a gift card and he treated me like I was an idiot, he never explained I had to enter the pin on the back and just proceeded to tell me I was doing it incorrectly. Horrible attitude and seemed like he didn’t care at all. This young man has a lot to learn about customer service and kindness. Needless to say I will not be returning

Friday afternoon staffing could be better- it's hard to find people to help you. I had to make returns and grab a few things and that took a total of 20-25 mins with my shopping time < 10 mins. In general, they need more people to check customers out if there are >4 people in the line

Long waiting even though appointment was made prior visit, neglected clients. After an hour I am still on the seat and being made a fool. Every now and then the stylist would come , do one thing on my hair and then continue with other client. Please don’t take any appointment if you are busy . Everyone’s time is precious.

I stopped by the store last weekend and recieved extraordinary service from Maddie. She gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for.
