I went into Ulta looking for ethnic hair care tops for my new foster sister who has C4 type hair. I am light skinned with hair that mostly resembles my Native American heritage so I was clueless. I asked an employer for help and was immediately taken to an associate in the salon. The associate was understanding, kind, and knowledgeable but suggested I see a specific stylist and bring my little sister in for a consultation. We scheduled it for the next day and LET ME SAY MISS NAOMI BLEW US AWAY! My sister is 4 and she was comfortable with Naomi. No tears and no fighting. Naomi was kind and patient and did a wash and blow out on my little sister while informing me and my parents of all kinds of things we would need to know to care properly for my sister’s hair. I purchased an airwrap 3 weeks ago as a gift. It is still sealed in the package. I notice it is on sale so I call W-B PA to see how I go about getting the sale price. They said I would have to return the product grab one from the shelf and repurchase. My local store does not have any in stock. I said cant i just repurchase the same one i just returned? Nope! Its literally sitting right in front of me and they wont resell it? So now I would have to drive an hour to another ultra that has one in stock. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. The item would be sitting in front of me but I cant not repurchase it? Done with this company!

In route to Massachusetts for a wedding I quickly ran in before closing and the associate Sarah with black hair took her time with helping me find the right shade in Kylie’s foundation for me & the rest of my makeup routine. I never knew about exfoliating and it’s changed my life and the way my makeup looks thanks to her philosophy microdelivery wash suggestion. If I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely return. Everyone was so nice

Go here every 6 weeks to see Rebecca. SHE IS AMAZING. All the staff is, to be honest. The store has a great selection, from hair products to Perfume to make up. Easy to access parking in front or on side.

Their salon staff is amazing! I highly recommend. I had an appointment for gray blending and a haircut. Julianna was so nice and is very good at what she does. She sent me out into the world looking like a million bucks!
