Went into this store hoping to get just some toner for my blonde in my hair and was approached by Raymond and he was EXCEPTIONAL. So kind and helpful and even helped with some freebies of other perfume products we were interested in. Helped find the best toner mask. Wish we didn't live so far away. Can't wait to return!

They always greet me. Someone on the floor always asks if I need assistance. The prices are high but normal to everywhere else and haven't had sales on any of the items I've wanted unfortunately. They would do well to have more sales, specials, and other promotions for in store items. They do have quite a clearance selection, it's just too much to get through, though appreciated.

I had the worse experience ever! I purchased a giftcard and decided to return because I didn't need it anymore. Associate did not mention before purchasing the giftcard that it's not refundable. Now I can't even get my money back and stuck with being forced to purchase something from them. If something is not refundable after purchase the associate should tell the customer not let them find out after the purchase. On top of that customers got the nerves to tell me to review the policy of the giftcard return! Like what's the point of me reviewing it after purchasing when I won't get a refund?! It needs to said before purchase!!!! It's your employee fault for not making this known to the customer and now the person having to deal and pay the price is an angry irritated customer!!! Like what

I walked around for quite some time, one of the managers saw me walking around and did not acknowledge me, rather continued texting on their cell phone and walked away from me hastily. Jersi, who was the only cashier there asked me if I found everything I needed. I told her I did not, and couldn’t find anyone to help me either. She walked me around the whole store showing me every option of what I was looking for. She went above and beyond. I didn’t expect her to help me with how understaffed they were, but she was absolutely lovely.

I wanted to share how great the hair salon is at this location. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. However if you want a top rate stylist with a knowledge of color theory and able mix up the perfect color, choose Eliza! Great results just by showing her my inspiration picture.
