I was at the University Ave Ulta Beauty today and was helped by an amazing associate named Ellen. She was patient, kind and listened to what I needed. She made some outstanding recommendations for me and I left the store with a bag full of goodies that I can't wait to use. I was impressed by her kindness and her product knowledge. If anyone goes to this location they should look for Ellen. She is amazing. The store is well stocked and clean too!

I have been struggling to find a place to do my eyebrows and I took a leap with coming here. I am pleased to say it was WORTH it! The girls at Ulta were so kind and welcoming and Ellen my eyebrow tech at the Benefit bar was WONDERFUL! She allowed me to state my concerns from past eyebrow experiences and she listened. She went above and beyond to ease my anxiety and make the appointment enjoyable and relaxing. From a hydrating eye mask to a temple massage, she truly goes abovr and beyond. It is so refreshing to see such servicr and care provided. 20 minutes and I was out the door with a smile, relaxed and great eyebrows. Obrigada Ellen! Thanks Ulta!

Did not enjoy my experience at the brow bar. She seemed very new and inexperienced . My eyebrows are uneven. I got them “styled” after with clear mascara I’d assume ? That seemed to be the brush it came with reinserted over and over again like it was my own personal use product. What is the sanitation situation because I doubt this is it. There was zero fill in, not sure if that’s new ? I got benefit brows done before and they were mapped. When I got my ticket it said eyebrow, lip, and chin wax.. was I going to be overcharged if I didn’t say anything?! I’m wishing I saw Ellen instead because this customer service was nothing like hers.

Hi, I recently had my makeup done at the Westwood location and wanted to share my experience. I’ve had services at Ulta before and have usually been happy, but this visit was disappointing. The artist was able to match my foundation well, but overall the look didn’t feel like a formal application. The brows were done near the end, the eye makeup lacked definition, and the finished result didn’t have the polished look I expected — especially for the formal service price. Also want to be honest that the artist seemed to need more practice and guidance. It felt like she may not yet be ready to perform formal applications independently

I have always had a great experience in this store. As a "mature" woman, everyone is very helpful and respectful. I always love the products I leave with. Ellen does my threading, and she is just lovely! One thing I don't like: they need to give Ellen a room for facials!!! She would be phenomenal!
