I got my hair cut there today, they did AMAZING!! Stylist was very sweet and professional! she did exactly what I wanted, and styled it perfectly, I totally recommend Ulta in Westport and Ms. Ramos!

Never fails, I get help in picking a product, both agree its the correct color etc., go to the drawer to get the $55 product, oh I'm sorry its not in stock! Not the first time. If its not in stock remove from the display! It's that simple not to disappoint a customer. Waste of time.

I went to get my hair cut. I had some breakage and agreed for it to be cut shorter. I was asked if I wanted my hair cut into a bob and said no. My hair was cut into a bob. I am so displeased I am currently wearing a wig. In my stylist defense, it is clear that she was distracted by a very confused customer that kept calling and needing attention. So, I think she forgot I said no. Now I am doing everything I can to get my hair to grow. I will never go here again.

Since Ulta in Trumbull closed down, this location is my new go to. Ultimately, I know I always went to the Trumbull location due to convenience, but the customer service and friendliness in the Westport location is superb. I just hope this one doesn’t close down…. Ever! (I refuse to drive all the way to Milford lol)

Found everything I needed quickly, the line moved fast and the person ringing up my purchases was working 2 registers at the same time. She was amazing!
