We were followed the whole time we were in the store like we were criminals and then when we went to use my birthday month gift they refused to honor it unless I installed the app (even though they had access to the code?) only good thing about this place is how clean it was and the amount of selection. Idk if you have to treat every customer like they are a criminal you need to figure out a different business practice. Will be driving an extra 15 minutes to go to the one in Jordan landing.

I went to Ulta recently and mentioned that I had had a birthday recently to receive the birthday gift from their loyalty program. Even though I'm a registered customer and even have a credit card with them, they didn't give it to me and made several excuses. I find this very frustrating because they have all my information in their system. If you're a loyal customer, the least they can do is honor the benefits they offer.

In December, I bought some perfumes and a gift card, and I applied for an Ulta credit card. The cashier completely misspelled my last name and never showed me the screen to confirm the information. They charged me for the gift card twice, and to this day, they haven't been able to refund me. They've given me the runaround, and the customer service has been terrible. I regret going there, and I'm going to cancel my card as well.

I went in to this store tonight after work and wanted a certain perfume. I bought a perfume two days ago and was sold the wrong perfume. This business needs to get their inventory correct so they can sell the right products to customers. This has happened before. They ended up not having any of this perfume in stock at all and at any of the locations.. so maybe don’t have the tester out?! Common sense! The rude girl that helped me said, you know we have trash cans by the way to throw away perfume papers. I looked her straight in the eyes and said I know, I can see that you have them everywhere, but I need to smell the testers so I know what I want to buy, and I’m not done yet! Isn’t that what they are there for?? I felt like she was rushing me and very rude and should not be in any custome

My only option for ulta is this store and I buy all my perfume here. They should NEVER advertise free gifts at this location because they never have them, the employee’s reaction is always oh well. Customer service is highly lacking! Do I care about the free gift? No I don’t but the delivery of the bad news from staff is horrible and then I am pissed I didn’t get the gift!
