It was my first time going in the store, I asked if I could have someone help me pick out a shade to match me and I was immediately paired with a beauty advisor. Jazymn got my foundation tone in the first try, she asked me my preference what I was looking for, what my budget was like. After shade matching me, she continued with me through the store to get brushes and other needed makeup. And when we where done picking everything out, she wrote down everything that I needed to do step by step. And I was able to do my own makeup for my event 2 days later.

Doris today was my hairstylist at Ulta. My hair was by my waist and time for a new look. I love the hair cut length, how shiny and soft it is. She was very sweet and a pleasure to speak with. I definitely trust with my hair and want her doing my hair again!!!!🙂 Especially I have very difficult curly and frizzy hair.

I came in today with my mom and we were helped by an employee named Jazmine who was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, super sweet, and gave us the perfect NARS concealer color match. She deserves real recognition for her customer service. However, the experience completely changed when we went to checkout. The girls at the register didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then one of them handed my mom her change with “Trump Sucks” written in huge letters across the dollar bill. When I asked why they would give that to a customer, the cashier just said, “Oh, do you want a different one?” Why would you hand that to anyone in the first place????? Cali is the best! I purchased some items and I never received the E receipt. I wanted to return one item and one associate said she was unable to help me. But I spoke with another associate who pointed me to Cali, She resolved my issue without delay. I’ve been to this Ulta on multiple occasions and Cali is always friendly and extremely helpful.

I have been shopping at this Ulta location for almost three years, and customer service has consistently been an issue. The store was not busy during my visit today, yet it was still very difficult to find help. When I asked for assistance choosing a blush that matched my skin tone, no one was able to provide a recommendation. I also noticed several other customers on the floor who appeared lost and frustrated while trying to find assistance. At the same time, there were multiple employees behind the register, even though the store was not busy. I ended up looking on my own and leaving without making a purchase. If you need guidance or product recommendations, this location may not be the best option
