I had a great experience at Ulta and couldn’t be happier with my haircut. Leticia did an excellent job — she really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything came out exactly right. The whole appointment was professional, friendly, and comfortable from start to finish. As a guy, it can sometimes be hard to find someone who really nails the cut you’re looking for, but Leticia absolutely did. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist.

I bought a foundation at your store, but it’s completely the wrong shade for my skin. After using it just twice, I started getting breakouts on my face. When I came to return it, your staff refused and said it was “too much used,” which is not true — I only tried it to test the color. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted your brand, but now I’m left with a product I can’t use and skin irritation The manager of this store didn’t even say hello to me, even though I’ve spent over $100 on cosmetics here and shop at this location often. I politely explained that I bought the foundation just a few days ago and asked if I could exchange it or get a refund. They said “no,” and the manager simply turned around and walked away. Karron is amazing! I truly had an incredible hair appointment. It’s difficult to come by a stylist who knows how to care for natural hair, but I left with my scalp feeling like it can breathe and my hair looking wonderful. Karron also gave me great tips to grow healthy hair from the inside out.

This location is the Ultimate Ulta that it’s worth the walk up an escalator that never seems to be working. I love Chantel ! She has got to be one of the best customer service representatives for this brand that I’ve ever met. Unlike Sephora and staff that is hired there, she has a spark and a fun-factor that absolutely matches the brand of beauty and why I prefer to shop here and ask her questions about products. She makes me feel comfortable and not dumb when I’m learning about Ulta’s lotions & potions! Thank you Ulta! You have been amazing to us as we learn how to add skin care to our lives!

I had an amazing experience 1/20/26 with DAVID!!!! When I tell you he went above and beyond with helping me with my products! I told him I needed some makeup to leave in my car whenever I need a touch up or need to refresh my makeup and he definitely delivered. He did a color match for me and I was nervous because I’m a chocolate girl and he over delivered. He made me feel so comfortable and confident he would be the perfect person to help me find my shade. Just for clarity I found my shade IN THE MAC POWDER BOOM! He even helped me find brushes. When I say 10/10! He was so patient and made me feel so beautiful .
