I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and genuinely nice. I also love how amazing their selection is—so many different cosmetics and brands to choose from. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Kamila at the MAC counter. I came in looking for a very specific lipstick color, and she helped me right away. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and also helped me find the perfect foundation. Kamila was super helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was wonderful! I’ll definitely be back—this is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps you coming in.

I came here after being told over the phone that a curly hair specialist was available. Instead, I was paired with Charlie, who is not a curl specialist. Despite explaining multiple times that I’m postpartum and need gentle handling, the stylist used high tension on my scalp, aggressively scrunched my curls, and diffused until my hair began to mat. I had to ask her to stop. I still paid in full, but while I was checking out, my partner overheard staff saying I was trying to avoid paying which is simply false. I had clearly stated I was not trying to get out of paying; I just wanted management aware so this doesn’t happen to someone else. I have shop at this location quite a few times. They are pleasant and very welcoming. I went in to purchase a face moisturizer and one of the sales rep, Sam was pleasant and very helpful. Although, she was not able to help me decide she directed me to another sales rep Claudia, who she said was experienced with skin care and knowledge on mature skin, Claudia took the time to explain about the top products that would benefit my skin. She was very knowledgeable and help me decide what was the best product for me to try. Thank you both for your service Much appreciate it

I was in this afternoon & was very pleased. The cashier, Rebecca, was so sweet and helpful! She even showed me a Kopari gift set that I think my daughter is going to love! I had to include it in my purchase. She was also very informative about the benefits of your Credit Card. I'm definitely going to try it in the new year. Will be shopping there again soon. Highly recommend.

I wanted to leave a review about my experience at Ulta today (The Grove location in Wesley Chapel), specifically recognizing two sales associates who stood out, Xiomary and Sam. Whenever I go to Ulta, I’m usually greeted, even when associates are busy, someone always takes a moment to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. I often decline, though, because in the past (not necessarily at this store), I’ve felt hesitant asking for assistance. As a dark-skinned woman, I haven’t always felt confident that I’d be fully supported or given knowledgeable guidance. That said, every time I’ve visited this particular Ulta location and have asked for help, I’ve walked away feeling supported. Today especially stood out. Xiomary initially helped me with finding a concealer. I already knew the product I
