Liz provided excellent customer service during my visit to Ulta in Wenatchee! She took time away from her tasks to help identify my exact shade and undertone in a product line. She offered advice on application and was very patient as she tried a few different colors until we found the perfect match. I really appreciated her pleasant attitude and desire to help me with a category I had no knowledge in. Thank you, Liz! I visited this location to replace an item that had been incorrectly matched to my wrist tone instead of my face, by an Ulta employee in another state. So happy to have had a great experience, here! They took great care of me.

Living in a smaller "city" I guess we rated high enough for an Ulta Beauty to have been added to our lower number of higher end stores, and I'm glad they added it for those of us who still want to embellish our looks! They have an excellent array of selections of make up companies both high end and the more moderate "drug store" brands. They also do an excellent job of choosing the right people to work there and will help you choose what you need, or, for that matter, don't need but want... LOL! It's an awesome one stop shop where I can get my Lancome fix all the way down to my Cover Girl "go tos". Priscilla in the salon SAVED me the other day after another place I had an appointment at screwed me over! I came in super upset because I had an appointment and they decided to cancel it on me with NO warning when I drove very far and this was the 2nd time! Ulta was across the street so I went in, we talked, she let me vent, gave me some options and then got started! She was super nice and did exactly was I wanted, even though I did not really know how to explain it to her, she totally understood because she is a professional and good at ger job! Dear Wenatchee Ulta... why are your shelves always in disarray? Dust covered product. Garbage overflowing, inside and out. Products not stocked or in stock. Popular brands should be downstocked and the store needs to reevaluate the brands it doesn't carry. For the price point of the items sold, the shopping experience should be top notch and sadly its far from that.
