I have no idea what was done to my hair. No idea what the style is/was. It’s just weird. I think the person was needing to have fun at someone one else’s expense. It is a very strange cut. Plus- some woman was talking up abb vs product that is supposed to be the perfect blush and lip color. Apparently it adjusts to your skin tone. She sold the lip glass and the cheek stuff - .Well- the blush is actually cheer and lip- so she stealthily sold me two products for the purpose. Very no poor behavior. Basically- ULTA is the JC PENNY of the fashion world. Never —- again. Strange people Go with your first impression impressions- do not ignore your instinct. You had it for a reason.

Interesting experience. I was the only guest not greeted at the door (people came in after me and were greeted), and as a black woman that's never a good feeling. After spending $150+, I qualified for a few free gifts but was given none. Poor service that's definitely intentional. If you read through other poor reviews it's by other black women with similar experiences as well. Save your coin, go to Sephora ❤️☺️

They greet you as soon as you walk through the door. There are plenty of staff to help you find whatever you are looking for and give you suggestions. It was a pleasant experience and I was able to get a travel size item for free since it was my birthday.

Best Ulta in the area. The manager Johnny was so nice. They were so helpful when I asked a million questions on things my girlfriend wanted. 11/10 UPDATE 8/19- Kaitlin, one of the managers, helped me out big time when I couldn’t find the right perfume. Great advice

My friend and I visited the Webster store on 9/17/25. Janelle, the manager was so sweet and very knowledgeable of all cosmetic brands! We were very happy with our purchases! Thank you Janelle! We’ll be back!
