I had a great experience at the brow bar with Ana! I got the brow tweeze service. She was super detailed and spent a lot of time making sure my brows were even and clean! Ana is very friendly and recommend products to me as well. Super happy with the results and will be returning the next time my brows need a refresh!

I’m giving this place one star because the customer service was terrible. The employee was very dry and unwelcoming, and I honestly felt judged. I’m not sure if it was because of my outfit or because I’m a Black woman, but no customer should ever feel that way. I was polite and even wished her a good day, and the response I received was a flat “yeah,” which was shocking. Regardless of how someone looks or what kind of day you’re having, basic courtesy and respect should be given to every customer.

I ran out of my innersence shampoo and did not have enough time to order it online. I called this location and Zoe was very helpful in confirming the innersence inventory that their location carried and even offered to put two bottles on hold for me. Great customer service! Thank you, Zoe!

What a great experience we had in this store. Ultra has just about everything you can ask for . Everything was well organized and full stocked for the most part . A few things here and there you couldn’t find but overall very organized. Plenty of parking 🅿️ so parking 🅿️ is not an issue . I was very thankful for my time spent here . I just want to say the staff is super helpful and not to mention friendly. It’s a well run establishment.

Poor management of the Happy Returns service at this location. I was told today that they won't have shipping bags for two weeks, yet they are still listed as an active 'Return Bar.' If a store knows they will be unable to provide a service for half a month, they should proactively notify the partner company. It's a waste of customers' time and gas to drive here just to be told 'no' due to a predictable supply issue.
