Decided to go get my free gift and redeem a coupon for my birthday and purchase some skincare since Ulta has great deals and products Ended up with just buying the stuff (with no coupon) and having to get the gift online... The cashier pushed so hard to offer me the credit card the whole entire transaction (completely understandable that it’s their job I had no issue, just wasn’t interested in getting the card). I opted out for the credit card and she jumped straight to the total without asking about rewards. I had wanted to ask about the vouchers and at least my gift but she did not want to hear anything and rushed through everything I said after saying no to a credit card. Totally get it if they’re busy but there were no others in line and associates everywhere. Great place to buy makeup

I was picking up a gift, an online order. I never come to this store. When I got in the line was huge. The employees quickly, professionally, and in an extremely friendly manner, cut through the wine in minutes. It was really unbelievable. Thank you for having registers open and professional sales associates working!

Breana has been doing my eyebrows/facial waxes for years now. She always does a beautiful job and truly cares about her clients. I recommend getting any and all brow/facial services done by her.

I love Ulta but some of the staff at this location are very rude. Some of them will tell you they don’t have things in stock that they do. The blonde girl who never smiles and the shorter girl with wavy brown hair usually tied back both told me they didn’t have things they have because they just didn’t feel like helping, so I found it on my own. I also work in customer service so i get that you have bad days but it’s consistent so thats pretty lame.

Abby who so graciously helped me with my facial routine!!!!!! Thank you! I hasn’t even been two weeks and I have such an improvement in my skin. Y’all goooooo see her! She is knowledgeable, honest and quick!
