Ulta Beauty

Yesterday I went to Ulta to grab a couple things that i ran out of, as i walked in the energy in the store was amazing everyone was happy and chatty, Peach and Lily had a little pop up at this ulta’s location and i was intrigued by what they had. Riya the girl running the pop up was amazing, the most helpful customer service i have had in a while, she made me feel beautiful and actually gave me some pointers to make my skin amazing again and let’s not forget the girl at the counter who had a beautiful smile she was amazing too!! thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful yesterday it truly means a lot!! <3

I love getting my hair done by Lyndsay! She is always so patient with me, and is so very educated. She takes her time to explain the process and makes sure I’m okay every step of the way.

This rating is specifically about a security guard* As soon as I walked in, I’m already getting stared at by the security guard. I just say hello to him and go on to find what I was looking for. I walk to the back of the store where it is completely empty and I stood there looking at a item for literally a minute and as soon as I turn around.. the security guard was walking past the aisle staring at me. Now I’m thrown off cause I literally just walked into the store and I’m already being targeted. Then I walk to another side of the store and there he is on my behind watching me. I ended up going up to a worker for assistance on what I was looking for and they pointed me to that direction which was the color pop section. I believe it was Theresa working at the register the previous night. She was so friendly and easy to talk to at the register, and our conversation got me excited to try the products I was buying. Nothing felt forced or salesy. She showed genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about the products available. Such a refreshing and positive experience!

I stopped by this location for the first time today and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any location. I wish I caught the name of the woman I met when I walked in, but she was great! She noticed I was struggling with my items and brought me a bag. A small gesture but those are the most thoughtful! I also had the pleasure of meeting Marina as my cashier and she was just as delightful. Overall, I’m happy I shopped here! The customer service was fantastic, kudos to those beautiful women! 🫶🏻
