I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Nicole for my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I sat down, she was thorough and attentive during the consultation, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair, like I was in the best hands… and I truly was! Not only did Nicole listen to every detail, but she also completely exceeded my expectations with the final result. My hair came out even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm energy made the whole experience amazing. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s a true artist! my highlights never looked better!!

Bought two products here and when I got home one was open and dried out and the other was expired. Went to get a replacement and most of the product on the shelf was already expired or expiring in a month. When I returned the products and showed them the condition they were in the cashier didn’t say anything except “what’s your phone number” to start the return. Not a great experience

Sarah, the manager, is fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that I found the best products possible and that everything matched my skin tone properly. As a mixed woman, it can be hard to find the proper tones that do not dull you. She was patient, answered all of my questions and I now have a terrific glam kit. This is the first time in 15 years of going into a beauty store that anyone has every helped me so well. Highly recommend Sarah and her location.

Four of us got Fairy Hair with Sage today. She is awesome!! Soooo sweet and skilled and her work was great! She was also accommodating, warm and welcoming to our group. I highly recommend!
