I came to Ulta specifically to buy bonnets for myself and my daughter. We found exactly what we were looking for down to the brand and colors we hoped to find; in fact, there were numerous other items in this line out on the shelf, so it appeared that these items were for sale. We had one pink and one black silk bonnet with some other things we figured we’d just pick up while we were here. Upon checking out, I was told that they couldn’t find a price and that the item was not in their system, therefore I could not purchase the item. When the cashier who was helping me asked two other employees for help, she received shrugged shoulders and “it’s probably not supposed to be out yet.” I understand that in the grand scheme of things, this isn’t a huge deal, but I’m incredibly frustrated as we

There was a manager she was short and I wanted help to find my shade in a foundation and she was rude and not very helpful and I noticed her being passive aggressive to her coworkers and it made everything awkward that I left. Horrible environment to shop in.

I had purchased what were labeled as clean products online for pick up in store. Once I got home and scanned all the items through my product app, I determined that many had carcinogens in them. Lip products with warnings about ingredients that are harmful to be ingested and not recommended for use on lips! I went back to the store tonight and had to return the products and spend time finding replacements. Courtney was asked to help me and she was a godsend. So patient and understanding about my concerns being a cancer survivor and walked the store with me for an hour finding new items labeled clean that actually were scoring high on our app as really clean. She was so amazing and helpful. And even found other items for me after I checked out to know for next time I’m back. We even hugged

This new location is bigger than the other warwick location. They moved next to Target. They have a big Mac section.

Stopped at Ulta in Warwick and got a great makeover from Nicole. She recommended great products that were reasonably priced. I’m so happy!!
