I have to admit shahina is someone who is kind , very helpful and genuine advisor. My aunt has a patchy skin she helped us to the great extent even explained the products for us in the most simple language possible. My aunt and I were so happy with the whole look. I have to say someone who is scared to try new product should definitely go to her she will help you choose the most accurate foundation, concealer and lip shades. I had a wonderful holiday shopping experience at Valley Square Ulta last evening 12/22/25. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and beautifully merchandised, which made finding gifts feel festive instead of stressful. A special shoutout to the store manager, who went above and beyond to help me locate a specific item for a holiday gifts. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to personally assist made a huge difference. I also want to recognize Hannah at the guest service desk for delivering an outstanding customer experience. I have had several bad experiences at this location. Recently I had a birthday coupon code that the sales associate refused to enter. She made me download the app even though there was a line forming behind me. When the coupon didn't appear on the app she refused to accommodate even though I showed her the coupon code on my phone. I then had another coupon that failed to work and the associate didn't even bother to tell me or explain why, it just showed up on my receipt that there was no discount. I go to Ulta frequently and this is not how a frequent customer should be treated. I will take my business elsewhere.

I rarely shop at Ulta, but needed a product my beauty therapist recommended and it was convenient. When I got to the register I was asked my phone number. I told the associate I wasn't interested in joining the Ulta rewards program as I do not shop at Ulta. She rudely replied that I would not be able to return the product if I did not join. It was $12.00, and for $12.00 I was never going to return it as I do not shop at Ulta. And now I never will again as I can not fathom how a return would not be allowed if a customer has no interest in joining a retailer rewards program.

Let me start with I haven’t shopped at Ulta in years and I always loved it. Never went to this location until recently. At usual Ulta’s, someone is always coming up to you to help you find what you need. This did not happen. Instead, a cashier asked me if I’m ready for checkout as I’m very clearly looking around lost. Next, I picked some things out. I tried this lip filler once I got home and it didn’t do anything to my lips except make them burn. Now, let me make myself very clear, I will NEVER make a rewards account with you guys so leave me alone about it. Next, I go to return the lip filler that burned my lips badly and was harassed about a rewards account and told they were refusing to return my item that clearly had a receipt that was bought the night before unless I made a rewards a
