Absolutely insane that you guys would get rid of the best prestige beauty advisor this store has ever had because she went over points from being SICK? Are you crazy?! Sherrie actually cared about her customers & took as much time as needed to make sure they were properly taken care of. Not to mention she is a sweetheart & was the breath of fresh air this place desperately needed! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does just by how she was with her customers. We adored her! I’ve seen her interact with multiple people & she treats everyone as if they truly matter to her. ULTA DO BETTER! If you want to get rid of someone, get rid of your rude management at this store. None of us like her AT ALL.

Vicki is an absolute miracle worker!! My hair was greying, dull, flat, and absolutely lifeless. I am so in love with this cut and color!! Thanks again girl❣️

Vicky at Ulta Beauty in Warner Robins is a highly skilled & professional hairdresser. She consistently delivers excellent results, and my overall experience at this location has been outstanding. The store is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I would recommend Vicky and this Ulta location!!!

Went in this morning to grab a mask and get my color matched because I always go too light or too dark (definitely user error). Though they did not have the mask in stock, so I'll have to order that, Haley helped me with the color matching, answered all my clueless questions, gave amazing advice, and was very patient and graceful, even when an impatient client that was waiting on her to finish up with me was continuously interrupting us as she helped me to make sure we knew she was being held up and had things to do. Haley was only with me for about five minutes, but that five minutes made my shopping experience at Ulta. It will definitely bring me back!!
