I booked a last minute full highlight with Madisson. She took her time throughout the appointment and listened to what I was trying to explain in the look I wanted to be achieved, and even though I suck at explaining she was able to make my dream come to life. She is genuine and a great social butterfly, so if you can talk so can she and it made the appointment fly by! I have a sensitivity scalp and not once was there any tugging, she was so gentle and caring. She was the best hair stylist I have ever been to. Saw Courtney for brows and shes amazing!! Such a good eye for that my brows needed and listened to what I wanted as well! Plus shes super gentle! Definitely go to her for any brow needs!

Abby was Amazing, she helped me with my Color for a Lancôme Foundation. But a was a little disappointed when I mentioned online it was 20.00 lower . But I have to say, I do get Excellent service in this store. Everyone is exceptionally helpful. I have visited other Ulta stores, in Mass. And R. I. And I never get this kind of Customer Service. Only Ulta I will shop at. And I do frequent this store often.

Brow Specialist Kim is great. I’ve seen her work and it’s beautiful! She’s also great at recommending product and color matching foundations. She been a great help.
