This review is mostly for the salon, not the store. I went in to the salon on Sept 15 and asked to have my highlights refreshed to lift my blonde from regrowth. I gave a reference photo of what I wanted and my stylist said “too easy.” She was sweet and says she’s been doing hair for 17 years however, this is what I left with. I was rushed out of the chair before I could really even look at it, although I was surprised when she said we were done because as far as I could tell, no toner was used at all. From the minute we started it seemed like she was eager to end her day. When I got to my car and really looked at it I was HORRIFIED. On Saturday, October 19 I had the opportunity to experience the best customer service ever given by an employee named Nikki! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Nikki‘s beautiful smile. I told her that I had a gluten/wheat allergy and that I was interested in testing Fenty’s product line since it claimed to be vegan and gluten free. I told her that I had researched the product line extensively and I was excited to see if my skin would have a reaction or not. I also told Nikki that I was 56 years old and the only time that I had ever wore make up was when I got married and that was almost 20 something years ago! If I could give 0 stars I would. The women that work in this particular ulta in Waldorf have extremely nasty attitudes and they are very condescending. I asked an associate there today if they were out of a fenty product and before I even got to finish my statement as I was trying to remember the name of the product I wanted she gave me a very rushed and condescending answer she knows exactly who she is. It’s crazy how much money we spend in these stores and the costumer service is so poor. I will not be returning and I immediately put my items and bag back and went to spend my money in Sephora. Ulta in Waldorf do better.

Whatever you need in beauty supplies this is your spot. The people who are quick to help me. Easy parking, great atmosphere and the things are easy to find as the attender helps you. But it can be a bit of a overload there's so much variety. However yes, I stated. The people will always come up and actually, do you need help. So it works

She is patient, kind, and it took her literally 2 swipes to figure out my perfect NARS foundation match. It blew me away! She is the best on the team!!!! Thanks Abbie again….
