I used to love this Ulta… it’s really nice, tidy, and clean inside. I don’t usually buy stuff in-store, but I love to go in there and look around. One of my favorite things to do is go in and smell the fragrances (I know it’s weird), but recently I’ve noticed that when I do that, I always have a worker (or 2) come up to me. And this time, during the evening on 2/1/26 around 5:15pm, I went and smelled the Ariana Grande fragrances to figure out which ones to put on my “wishlist,” and literally one of the workers asked me twice if I needed help then FOLLOWED ME AROUND THE STORE after I left the fragrances. I honestly won’t be back after that. I don’t like being treated like a thief when I’m literally just there to enjoy my time without spending a bunch of money. Ridiculous. Don’t treat custom
