Demonte was absolutely the sweetest person I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with at Ulta! I have been a customer for years and never felt more seen and appreciated than I did this evening! He helped me pick out the perfect Mac foundation and setting powder. He listened to my concerns and solved all my problems. He is an absolute GEM ! You just earned a customer for life!

I would have given this review months ago but I let it slide because of the holidays. However, I decide today would be the day that I give it a second try. The staff there are some of the rudest and unhelpful people I've seen in years. I was on the phone with my este trying to buy some product. I was in the store for at least 30 minutes and not one person said hello or asked me if I needed any assistance. I had a salesperson walk past me and speak to a guest behind me. This happened to me the last time that I was in the store. This time I had a bag of products and I needed something else. When that associate did that I was over it and them. I politely took my bag and laid it on the counter and went across the way to Sephora. I can say that I will shop at Ulta. However ☝🏽 this location

Ash was great and very patient. Of all of the employees working the Sunday opening shift he was one of the only two associates who offered assistance and the one who seemed the most knowledgeable about the products. The store overall was poorly stocked. And there were atleast 3 different products that I couldn’t buy because they did not have my shade/product in stock. I appreciate Ash shopping with me, suggesting products but also being mindful of what I was actually needing. I came in wanting one very specific item but after shopping with him I left with 7 things!

Shoutout to Emory for giving me the best haircut of my life! She worked so well with my curls and gave me a great shape. I didn't come in with too much of a vision and I left with the cut I didn't even know I wanted. 10/10 coming back to see her

Ash - was so wonderful he took the time to match my foundation, I told him I had eczema so it’s hard for me to find the correct makeup. He helped me get the best foundation skin care I ended up buying more than I needed, he was so amazing he spent 2hrs helping me! Glad he did because thanks to him I have an entire new makeup and skin care products. Thank you ASH!!!
