I had the most wonderful experience at this Ulta, thanks to Olivia! I do not know much about makeup, was searching for make up for my wedding, and I got everything I was looking for plus a customer service experience that was above and beyond. Olivia was so patient with me, took the time to listen to what I was looking for, found products for me within my price range, and was detailed in explaining how to use the products. She showed excellent product knowledge as she was very confident in the products she selected for me and every one of her recommendations worked perfectly for me. The store had everything I was looking for and felt very taken care of and am overall pleased with my experience. I will be returning to this location for future purchases!

I went in the store yesterday with a Clinique foundation that I had ordered online and it was the wrong color. James Henry came over and was so helpful and tried several shades before we found my perfect match! Every one is friendly there and so accommodating! James Henry didn’t act like he was rushed or annoyed with the time it took to get my perfect shade. They then exchanged the wrong color of foundation with the right color! Love this store and the many products they offer!

If I could give -0 then I would! This is the 3rd timeI visited this location and the customer service is horrible!! They act indifferent with brown customers. They have brown employees so don’t let that fool you they service is worse. I’m never greeted by any floor staff . Management service even worse. Only returned thinking something would be different be better and each experience was worse than previous. Wavy tv 10 here I come. Spend your money where everyone is welcomed

Always an amazing place to pick up makeup. James Henry helped me feel comfortable with a shade match and Karissa helped me finish my shopping list. Love the service here they were so helpful and friendly, even when they were busy!

I had an appointment for a haircut because my normal stylist has been out on maternity leave. I was a little nervous because no one else has touched my hair in years. Shona was my stylist and she had a very calming presence and really listened to my goals for the cut. She was very pleasant along with the two other stylists on either side of her. It was a positive environment from start to finish and she also recommended some great products to take home with me. Big thank you to Shona at the salon!
