I am writing this after a recent trip to Ulta with my 20 year old daughter. I went in to get a new color match on an Estee Lauder foundation and buy a new Gucci perfume. I was greeted by Tina the manager. She asked if she could help so I asked for help. I wanted to try the samples of the perfume prior to spending $180 on a bottle. There was one sample, So I asked if there were any others I could try and she said no, but I could buy a travel size should I choose. Are you kidding me?? I then went back to ask if I could get some help with color matching, Tina and the colored woman said "we're in a meeting" very short and very rude, they were discussing nothing involving anything to do with work. Mind you there was maybe 10 people in the entire store including us. I thought perhaps they were h

I give Tina 5 stars. I was looking for recommendations for concealer. She helped me with that and matched my foundation making sure I was getting a good product and sale pricing. She was genuine,gentle and kind. Reason for 4 stars was cashier was in such a rush I asked if I had any points to use on my ulta card, she committed the transaction and then said what? Oh sorry. Highly recommend Tina.

If I could give Ulta more than 5 stars, I would, specifically the Salon! Everyone there is so kind and professional. I trust Jessica 100% with my hair, she never fails. She keeps my hair healthy and beautiful every time. I love how my hair is always exactly what I want, whether I’ve given her a picture, description, or general vibe. I 1000% recommend seeing Jessica for your hair needs. As for the rest of the store, I’ve been very happy with being able to find the products I’ve wanted or getting help from other staff members when I’m unsure of what I need exactly. Victor Ulta is wonderful!

I am a part-time DoorDash driver. I am always lost when it comes to finding items for my customers. When required to purchase items that have been specifically requested to purchase by the customer, I can spend 'forever' finding things! The choices and brands that Ulta Beauty carries is endless. The store is very clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I have to give a special shout-out to 1 employee however. This person's name is Samuel! They are always right at the entryway to greet you, and fortunately for me, help me navigate through the store! Samuel doesn't just point me in the direction, they actually TAKE ME to the products and picks out the requested items for me! As a Dasher, time is money and Samuel's assistance is very much appreciated! So, KUDOS Samuel!

I was really looking forward to having my makeup professionally done for my wedding, especially after hearing positive things about Ulta and their makeup artists. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. I had scheduled makeup appointments for myself and two other ladies, with the understanding that each application would take about an hour. However, the process took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for me alone, which caused a significant delay in my schedule. As a result, I missed my hair appointment, and the wedding ceremony itself had to be pushed back by 45 minutes.
