From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere put me at ease. Shannon listened carefully to what I wanted and the result was perfect! This was the second time Shannon has colored and styled my hair. I've gotten so many compliments and I feel certain that I will be a customer here for many years. I had my haircut by Lisa yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the results! She truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard and understood. She’s kind, professional, and very talented at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful haircut and a wonderful experience!

I love this Ulta beauty location! The people who work here are so helpful, kind, and friendly. I went in on a Monday evening and Lisa and Yara helped me pick out a Christmas gift for a friend and they also helped me pick the perfect eyebrow wax color for myself! I appreciated their genuine desire to help me find the perfect match and they did! I love it! Nicole helped me pick out a boar bristle brush and gave me some styling tips. Nye helped me with some Happy Returns and also with checking out. Every time I come into this store I leave pleased with my purchases and my experience. The store has great selection, and great employees.

Got my brows done today and really wish I had just done them at home. I’ve had my brows done here by Kelly (she’s AMAZING) for the past couple years. She’s out right now so I was put with someone else. The girl was sweet but my brows are horrible. She didn’t leave the tint on nearly long enough so my brows are patchy with color at best. The waxing took less than 5 minutes. Maybe 2 swipes of the strip and 2 or 3 plucks with tweezers. She didn’t do between the eyes. There is a patch of my brow missing, and I now have to pluck everything she missed/didn't do. I knew it was quick when I was there but thought maybe Kelly was just much more thorough. $46 wasted and honestly I may have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Got a haircut today. Lisa did such an amazing job. I hadn't had a haircut for a couple of years because of bad experiences and anxiety from being scared to get my haircut again. Lisa made me feel very comfortable, listened and was very caring. I absolutely love my hair she did a beautiful job. She deserves 10 stars. I highly recommend her. Great customer service everyone in the store is very kind and polite.
