Salon isn’t the best with the services for afro textured hair and may try to upcharge you on basic services. My appointment started 20 min late and I think the stylist may prioritize color treatment clients, her specialty. I was told store policy is that it’s $30 extra to do any detangling and handed a comb. This wasn’t my experience at another location 6 months ago. I recently made a purchase totaling nearly $250, including an Ariana Grande perfume that was advertised as coming with a free gift while supplies last. When I asked about the gift, I was told they no longer had any available. I understand promotions are while supplies last; however, what was disappointing was the lack of effort to offer any alternative or accommodation given the amount I spent. While waiting to see if there would be any resolution, I was brushed past without acknowledgment. The manager looked at me as if questioning why I was standing there, yet no one offered assistance. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Nadita did a magic on my hair, she did pretty much as what I wanted. I liked the soft and neutral tone of the highlight. But just be patience because she’s the only one in the salon, so if you’re rush that this might not fits you.

The cashier Ayanna was extremely unpleasant. Super nasty throughout the transaction and charged me twice for the same concealer. I made it all the way home before realizing and having to come back. I hope she improves her attitude and her makeup skills, totally jarring!

Today I went to ultra beauty at the Greenacres mall Location. . horrible horrible experience. I walked in the store it sounded like I was in someone’s club. The music was extremely loud. I could not hear myself think or talk.. Not one employee asked me if I needed help but the security guard walked around the store following me, my daughter and my friend around like we were stealing. I swear I never felt this way before when I’m out in the Long Island area . such a wonderful treatment out east . This place here needs to get their customer service skills up.
